A case of successful radical surgical treatment of chronic pancreatitis complicated by a giant pseudoaneurysm of the common hepatic artery

Abstract


The paper deals with a case report of a female patient with chronic pancreatitis complicated by common hepatic artery pseudoaneurysm, rarely occurred. During the early postoperative period we observed some serious complication that required four operations. The treatment regimen included reconstructive surgical interventions using damage control techniques that allowed achieve positive effect patient.
